PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING

PRE-MADE CREATIONS:  5-7 business days / 7-10 business days during the holiday season. 

BUSINESS AND EVENT CREATIONS:  7-10 business days after mock-up has been approved.

SHIPPING DETAILS

PRE-MADE CREATIONS:

• Shipping cost ranges between $5 - $20 depending on the size, weight and location.
• Shipping time is between 2-5 business days.
• Tracking information will be provided via e-mail once item has been shipped. 

EVENT CREATIONS:  

• Shipping cost ranges between $5 - $35 depending on the size, weight and location.
• Shipping time is around 2-5 business days.
• Tracking information will be provided via e-mail once item has been shipped. 

BUSINESS CREATIONS:  

• Shipping cost ranges between $20 - $70 depending on the size, weight and location.
• Shipping time can be between 2-8 business days depending on location.
• Tracking information will be provided via e-mail once item has been shipped. 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Because most of our items are personalized/customized, we do not accept returns.

If an item arrives broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace it at no additional cost.  Please take and send pictures of how the item arrived to you.

Please allow up to 7 days processing time for the replacement item to be shipped out to you.  If you need the replacement expedited, you will be responsible for expedited shipping.
